Electric cars can save gas, help the environment, and drive a new economy. But America fears that the cars can run out of power and be as useless as a flashlight or boom box with dead D cells.

Here’s the answer, according to these evil Dutch geniuses — have the car towed. It’s the same concept as those toy cars that you would “prime” by rolling it on the floor before letting it go, go, go.
